DTF (Direct Film Printing) is a new garment printing technology that is compatible with a variety of fabrics and helps expand customized apparel businesses. The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Design Pattern:
Design exclusive patterns in the style of illustrations, logos, slogans, etc., based on brand concepts or target audience needs.
2. Select Fabric and T-shirt:
Prefer 100% pure cotton (comfortable and easy to wash) or 50% polyester-cotton blend (soft, breathable, and cost-effective) fabrics, and determine the T-shirt style.
3. Prepare Consumables and Equipment:
You will need a DTF 6-color printer (CMYK + white), high-elasticity DTF ink, PET film, adhesive powder, RIP software, and a vertical drop heat press.
4. Heat Transfer Printing
A. Cotton Fabric: Press at 120℃ for 15 seconds, cool, peel off the film, and press again for 5 seconds;
B. Polyester Fabric: Press at 115℃ for 5 seconds, cool, and peel off the film.
C. Small patterns can be printed for up to 25 seconds; if the print curls up, it can be re-pressed.

Using an AGP DTF printer, you can create fluorescent colors, macaron colors, and other unique prints to create personalized T-shirts, sweatshirts, canvas bags, and other products.
