How does UV DTF works?
Step 1 Design
Confirm the design of the patterns and icons. Set up separate spot color channels for the white ink, adhesive, and varnish. Once the setup is complete, send the file to the post-processing department for production.
Step 2 Print
Print using the white ink, color, and varnish channels. Ensure that all parameters have been configured correctly. By printing these ink layers in distinct layers, the translucent effect characteristic of crystal labels is achieved.
Step 3 Transfer and Use
Use a waste-removal film to strip away the excess adhesive. Apply a transfer film, then cut the label to the required dimensions. At this stage, the label is ready to be applied directly to any desired surface.
